Please note that as all our products are made to order and we pride ourselves in manufacturing orders quickly (to be dispatched within 24 hours) we can only offer a 24 hour cancellation period. If you wish to cancel your order, simply contact us at [email protected]

Cancellation requests received over 24 hours after purchase will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee

If you wish to cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase and your order has been manufactured but has not yet been dispatched there will be a 20% restocking fee.

As it is not possible to cancel your order after it has been dispatched. Please refer to the Returns policy. 

Orders that have been made to your exact specification cannot be cancelled after the payment has been taken.
