Paint, murals, fabric & samples

We cannot accept returns on samples, murals, paint or fabric due to the bespoke nature of the products.

Wallpaper & cushions

We always recommend ordering a sample of our wallpaper before purchase and using our wallpaper calculator to determine how many rolls you will need. Our wallpapers are batchless so we would always recommend ordering the correct amount of rolls (rather than over ordering) and if for any reason you need to purchase more, you can do so safe in the knowledge that our wallpapers are batchless.

We hope you love your Woodchip & Magnolia wallpaper and/or cushions but on the occasion you would like to return, we accept returns which are unopened, undamaged and in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

We encourage all of our customers to check their wallpaper rolls and that they're happy with the application method within these 30 days as unfortunately we cannot accept returns outside of this time period.

We also advise that rolls are checked before cutting and hanging as we cannot accept claims after cutting and hanging of the product.

Unwanted wallpapers should be returned in an unopened, undamaged, sealed box and in a fully re-sellable condition.

All our wallcoverings are printed bespoke for every individual order, we do not hold stock.

Returns are at the cost and responsibility of our customer.

Please note that all returns are made at your own risk.

*Return orders of 100% unused rolls will be subject to a 20% restocking fee
