What items are returnable?Updated 3 months ago

We would always recommend ordering samples before purchasing rolls to avoid disappointed/returns. 

We would also recommend ordering the correct amount of rolls and calculating this using our wallpaper calculator (which can be found on every wallpaper product page). If for any reason you need to order another roll, you can do so safe in the knowledge our wallpapers are batchless.

You can return wallpaper within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. All our products are manufactured to order therefore returns are mostly subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Unwanted wallpapers should be unopened, undamaged, sealed and in a fully re-sellable condition. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for the following products:

Paint - which is made to order and not manufactured by ourselves 

Fabric  - which will have been printed and cut specifically to your requirements 

Murals - which will have been printed and created specifically to your requirements 

Bespoke wallpapers - which will have been printed and created specifically to your requirements 

Wallpaper, wall mural and fabric rolls should be checked before cutting and hanging, as we cannot accept any claims after hanging or cutting of the product. 

*Return orders of 100% unused rolls will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All our wallcoverings are printed bespoke for every individual order, we do not hold stock.

With paint check colour accuracy before applying paint as we are not liable for the cost of redecorating due to application of incorrect colour or the failure to follow manufacturers instructions. 

We cannot refund any amount of money for labour spent or incurred in hanging these papers or after the fabrics have been cut and made up into blinds, curtains etc.
