Orders will be accepted through the website 24-7, 365 days per year, however, our studio is open Monday to Thursday (Excluding UK Bank holidays) 9am til 5pm so orders will only be processed during these times. 

How long will my order take?

Wallpaper, paint, cushions & fabric: 3-5 working days

Bespoke murals: 5-7 working days

Samples: 3-5 working days

Shipping Charges

Orders Over £250: FREE shipping

Orders under £250: Shipping starts at £6 (paint/wallpaper/cushions/murals)

As our fabric is sent on rolls to protect it during transit and due to the oversized nature of the parcel, an additional charge of £12 will apply

We offer FREE delivery on all samples (we do offer an expedited service - charges vary and are calculated at checkout)

Rest of World

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout (charges vary)

It remains the customer's responsibility to ensure the delivery address is able to accept delivery of the items.

During busy periods (Christmas, holidays etc.) and in the case of bespoke murals, manufacturing and delivery times can take longer and next day delivery cannot always be guaranteed. As a small family business we do our best to get our products to you as fast as possible, however as a very small team, factors out of our control can sometimes contribute to these longer lead times, which we hope you can understand.

We shall have no liability to you in respect of any delay or failure to deliver a product due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including (without limitation) delay or failure caused by adverse weather, strikes or transport problems.
